Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my progress?

Delete and reinstall the app. All progress (scores, streaks, XP) is stored locally on your device, so a fresh install starts you from scratch.

My daily challenge isn't showing up.

Daily challenges unlock once per calendar day. If you've already completed today's challenge it will reappear tomorrow. Make sure your device date and time are set automatically.

I'm not receiving my daily reminder notification.

Go to Settings → Notifications → QuizFox on your iPhone and confirm notifications are allowed. Inside the app, open Settings → Notifications and toggle the Daily Reminder on, then set your preferred time.

How is my score calculated?

Each correct answer earns base points, plus a streak bonus for consecutive correct answers. In Classic mode with the timer enabled, answering quickly adds a small speed bonus on top.

How do I change my display name or avatar?

Tap the Profile tab, then tap the edit icon next to your name or avatar.
